Unblocked is a trading name of Playmaker Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16620286). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Playmaker Ventures Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Unblocked coaching programme. By purchasing a programme or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the programme after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Unblocked 12-week coaching programme includes:
All sessions and communications are delivered via WhatsApp. You are responsible for ensuring you have a working WhatsApp account and a stable internet or mobile data connection. Sessions take place at the time agreed during onboarding.
You acknowledge and agree that Unblocked uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to support the delivery of coaching sessions, generate personalised messages, and maintain programme continuity. AI is used as a tool under human oversight — all flagged concerns and safeguarding matters are reviewed by a human coach.
The use of AI does not diminish the quality or personalisation of the coaching you receive, and all AI-generated content is informed by information you share during onboarding and your sessions.
The 12-week programme is priced at £197, payable as a single upfront payment at the time of purchase.
Following completion of the 12-week programme, clients may continue on a rolling monthly subscription at £67 per month, cancellable at any time with no minimum term.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices include VAT where applicable.
We offer a full refund if, following your first coaching session, you are not satisfied with the programme. To request a refund, contact us at hello@unblocked.coach within 48 hours of your first session. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
After your first session, no further refunds will be issued. This is because the programme is personalised to you from session one and significant preparation and coaching resource is committed from the outset.
If you miss sessions or disengage from the programme, this does not entitle you to a refund. We encourage you to contact us if you are struggling to engage — we will always try to find a solution.
You may reschedule a session up to 4 hours before your scheduled time using the rescheduling link provided. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice will be marked as missed and cannot be refunded or carried over unless we agree otherwise at our discretion.
If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer you the earliest available alternative slot. Where we are unable to deliver a session, that session will roll over to the following week.
Unblocked is a coaching service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of medical or clinical treatment.
Nothing communicated during the programme — whether by your coach, through automated messages, or via AI-generated content — constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on anything within the programme as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified practitioner.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any acute psychological or medical emergency, please contact your GP, call 999, or contact the Samaritans on 116 123 immediately.
By engaging with the programme, you confirm that you understand the distinction between coaching and therapy, and that you take full personal responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playmaker Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your participation in the Unblocked programme, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the programme in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
To get the most from the programme and to allow us to deliver it effectively, you agree to:
We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law, or where we have a safeguarding concern that requires us to act.
Session transcripts and coaching notes are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving your programme. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your safety is our priority. If at any point during the programme we have a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others, we reserve the right to break confidentiality and contact relevant authorities or emergency services. This will always be handled with care and in accordance with our safeguarding obligations.
All programme content, materials, frameworks, and communications produced by Unblocked remain the intellectual property of Playmaker Ventures Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the programme without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
